The business-model:

In the early days, we only had the first line: reach out to organizations around the world, see if they can provide a roof over our heads, and then come and hold courses. These days, we’re working to add a few other elements to supplement our original ethos. Consultations and courses locally will bring in the cash needed to go scouting new locations. Based on what we find, we'll either go back to hold courses, or if the community welcomes surf-tourism, we’ll come back with a few select clients we’ve gotten to know through our consultations. Essentially no start up cost, no hidden elements, just a simple way to make a living, go on surf-trips and give back to these gracious surf-communities.
